Hanwang Plastic Machinery (Anhui) Co., Ltd. will showcase its heavyweight products—including the 5-layer co-extrusion FFS heavy-duty packaging blown machine and the 7-layer co-extrusion blown film machine—at booth 3B26. We welcome industry friends to visit and witness the live machine operation!Global Rubber and Plastic Event, Gathering in Shanghai
CHINAPLAS 2026 is the world's leading international plastics and rubber exhibition. This edition, with an area of over 390,000 square meters, brings together more than 5,000 high-quality exhibitors from home and abroad, breaking historical records The exhibition focuses on four core areas: "Circular Economy", "Digitalization", "Innovative Materials", and "High-end Technology Made in China". It gathers global industrial forces to the rubber and plastics industry toward intelligence, green development, and the cutting edge with hard-core innovation and frontier technology. As an important bellwether for the global rubber and industry, this exhibition is expected to attract more than 250,000 professional buyers from over 150 countries and regions to visit and source on-site
Originating from Taiwan, Leading in Technology
Hanwang Plastic Machinery (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and. Located in the Tongcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province, it serves as the mainland production base for Hanwang Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. The ultra-highspeed HDPE blown film machines produced by the company incorporate the core technology of Taiwan's Hanwang Machinery Co., Ltd. Its products are exported to more than 50 countries and in Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and the Americas, with a marketing network spanning the globe. Hanwang's KING-PLUS brand was established in 200. After decades of continuous research and innovation, it has accumulated deep technical expertise in the field of multi-layer co-extrusion blown film. As early as 201, Hanwang successfully developed the KING-COOL automatic air ring, increasing equipment capacity by 30%; in 2013, it exhibited a 350 kgh three-layer heavy-duty packaging equipment at the China Rubber and Plastics Exhibition in Shanghai; in 2014, it launched a heavy-duty packaging equipment connected to in-line printing and embossing device. Over the years, Hanwang has always been at the forefront of technological innovation in blown film equipment.
High-end Models, Quality Comparable the International First Tier
At this exhibition, Hanwang will focus on showcasing two high-end models: the 5-layer co-extrusion FFS heavy-duty packaging film machine and the 7-layer co-extrusion blown film machine. The 5-layer co-extrusion heavy-duty packaging blown film machine adopts a multi- flat die, paired with an IBC internal cooling system, top rotating traction, and automatic winding technology. The equipment can be connected to the Swiss KUNDIG on-line thickness measurement, automatically controlling 30-48 point air flow throttling. The thickness error can be kept within 4%, and the extreme deviation is controlled within 6%. At the time, the equipment can be connected to a printing machine and an internal embossing device to achieve one-stop production of forming, printing, and embossing, significantly saving factory space and improving production efficiency.
The 5-layer co-extrusion equipment can produce films with a thickness of up to 100-120 microns, with an hourly of up to 450 kg. Through the flexible layering design of the five-layer structure (such as 1:1:2:1:1 or 12:4:2:1), the adjustability of raw materials is greatly enhanced. Each layer of the film can be given unique properties, effectively reducing raw material costs while ensuring strength, truly achieving "
